1/4 Giant Burger

The hubs grew up here, and hasn’t been in 25+ years. He said nothing has changed, except the sidewalk (won’t slip & fall when it rains now). My first time trying, and let me say, IMO, it lived up to everything he said. Very fresh and VERY delicious! Every time we come to Oakland, it will be on my list! Great quality and quantity for the price. Double cheeseburger + fries and a bacon cheeseburger + cheese fries= $36ish

Great, GIANT homestyle burgers. This burger reminds me of the McDonald's DLT from the 80s, but 20 times better! Crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, onion, mayo, etc.. (of course, they can customize it for you). This is a local favorite that's been serving the Bay Area since the mid-80s. I'm never disappointed with this place. P.S. MUCH better than In-and-Out. Yes, I said it.

Good burgers but it lacks something, like to be more different than others not just location

An institution for burgers in Hayward. Fresh made burgers, and the fries are crispy in the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered mine with a root beer float. The root beer float satisfied but it isn’t A&W. Sat outside under the umbrella and shared my table with locals that have been coming here since they were kids. I highly recommend this place! The people working here are upbeat and friendly! Tips- -Local owned please support -They give you salt so you can salt to taste -No public restrooms -customers are friendly too!

This is the only place I know of in Hayward where I can get a turkey burger It is also reasonably priced. I can’t eat the bun so it is on lettuce. This is my go to spot in Hayward for a burger.

Such an awesome place to try! I passed it plenty of times on mission but I couldn't miss the large sign they have. The one downside is you hear the cars passing by constantly. Not everyone's cup o' tea but they make up for it with their food. It's gourmet. I had a cheeseburger with fries and my fiance had the chilli fries and I can't remember the burger he had. Fries are thicker than the thin fast food fries, which I liked. Food came out hot. Menu is next to the order window in large print and clear pricing. Looking at the menu does not disturb those who are ready to order. I believe there is a veggie burger so it can cater to veggetarians? I'd double chech their menu just to be sure it is there. There are 2 tables nearby to wait for your orders to be done. Ammicable service! We ate our food in the car.

I love their burgers and fries. Everything is always hot and fresh. The milkshakes are tasty too. The service is fine they are not overly nice but they get it right every time. I enjoy going there to treat myself. Also, much better food than any fat food burger joint. Try then out. You'll be happy you stopped in.
